Dissed by a Giant Conglomerate and its Underlings

The disrespect, the dismissal, the diminishing of our importance as customers has to be one of the absolute worst experiences we have ever encountered. CAS, and Samsung, should be absolutely ashamed how they treated us over the piece of garbage they sold us. A fridge is an absolute fundamental appliance in any household, and neither of these companies cared how disruptive it was to pay thousands of dollars on a broken appliance and told…you can wait!! And furthermore, the one small thing we asked for re compensation, a wine rack, has been denied to us over and over. They. Just. Don’t. Care.

Thank you for your review.

Please note, CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging. CAS does not sell refurbished appliances. As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is defective. This is why our manufacturers will stand in and address as they hold the warranty.

Please note that CAS does not manufacture any of the appliances we sell and unfortunately, functional issues do occur, even with new appliances.

The fridge have been approved for the replacement and the exchange has been completed on the 14th of August.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide compensation for a wine rack as the fridge you ordered does not come with this part.
