Terrible Terrible Terrible
I cannot put words of how upset i truly am. I ordered a lot of books, but one of them hasn’t been shipped and it says the availability at time of the order is “usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. However, it has been a month and I still haven’t received it. I would like to cancel the book in my order but I can’t seem to do it, and I’ve been trying to contact them and they don’t answer. Please, if you live in Europe, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Waterstones.
