Never used before and never will
Never used before and never will. Appointment booked for a week, due to be Friday afternoon. Chased at 3.30 as no one had turned up. Got through to call centre who came back and said someone will be with me before 5. Then got a call to say there was an emergency and they couldn't come until Weds following week. I am due to go on holiday tonight and needed these tyres, leaving it until almost closing time so have no way of going elsewhere to get them. Got an email to say refund will be processed but does not help me driving thru rain with barley legal tyres. There was no 'emergency', they just hadnt actually booked the job in. Funny how their old trust pilot had been shut down as it only got 2 stars, start again with this one where they receive stars galore. Lots of people saying they didn't get refunds so will be chasing until I do. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
