I've cancelled my account straight…

I've cancelled my account straight followed there instructions to do so there still trying take money from my account send 5 emails not had 1 reply only to see they tryed again I've had to cancel my card get new 1 causing me all kinds of issues which they will be paying for believe me I've asked my bank and the police to investigate there conduct
