Quite a terrible process

Quite a terrible process, i had taken insurance for the family and next year without intimations renewal premium was debited with no permission or intimation ?
FCA consumer duty is strictly to prohibit harm to consumers like this -what a blatant ignore to regulatory guidance ?? Hope regulator is taking a note

Dear Pratap,

Thank you for your review and I am sorry that you are unhappy with us.

Many of our customers told us that they do not wish to repeat the process of buying their travel insurance over the phone or online and wanted a more simplified process.

So to help with this we launched an automatic renewal service which is only available on our Annual policies to ensure their cover continued without the need to call or email us.

Should a customer wish to decline automatic renewal of their annual multi-trip policy, then we can easily opt them out of this at any point throughout the year.

Notification of auto renewal is provided at the purchase stage. If you do not wish to have purchased this policy, please do contact us within 14 days which is your cooling off period and we can cancel the policy and refund it in full.
