Great customer service and very pleasant advisor called Jake. Identified my problem more or less straight away and then took just a few minutes to solve the problem resulting in my being in credit as opposed to being in debit. My fault as I gave wrong meter reading, but sorted very quickly. Can't recommend them enough. Been with them for several years, great value for money but it's their customer service that leaves the others in their wake. If a problem arises or you need help, their's is second to none. Especially Jake who dealt with my current issue.
