Email response is always very fast and efficient. The team is friendly and willing to help. I have placed 3 orders with Tala and feel comfortable to remain a customer because of their quick response service to questions and also Refunds have been processed within a few days of return which is important to me as it gives me the reassurance that monies won't be pending back to me for long.
