Become stiff after 9 months

I purchased my Simba mattress on the 6th of August 2022, so nearly 12 months ago.
Reason I bought Simba was incredibly good reviews online and a 200 nights trial.
To begin with, there was no issues at all; first month of using was fine, then it become a comfortable mattress. Up until recent month. Not sure how that is possible, but it got from one extreme to another and within the matter of few weeks, it has become really stiff, very uncomfortable to sleep, just awful.
I am very disappointed and feel let down.
