The initial experience was good, after that everything went downhill
Absolutely terrible, they are not in The UK as the website looks, my shipment came out of GANDHINAGAR, GUJARAT, INDIA. I paid extra for express delivery as my client needed the items for an event. It didn't arrive on time and then didnt arrive for a further 8 days, if you call them you are held in a queue for an hour at least, live chat.. well today I was on there for 3 hours, and this has been the same for multiple days whilst I chased delivery. They only wanted to refund half the shipping charge - after me insisting that I wanted the full shipping refunded they said they would refund the full shipping amount but not the VAT they had charged for the shipping? They wanted to just give me store credit which I declined. They finally agreed to a refund after me putting up a fight. They are not in The UK as it looks the shipment came out of GANDHINAGAR, GUJARAT, INDIA -

Hi Louise, we regret the inconvenience caused. We are a global business and have several units around the world. Each order is automatically assigned to the most appropriate unit according to multiple factors including but not limited to current production queues. Thus, an order can be shipped from any of our units worldwide. This is mentioned in our Terms of Use and promptly disclosed when inquired.
Also, our website states that 89% of the orders get delivered as per the estimated delivery date and 11% of orders might face a one-day delay. As we can check on the tracking page, FedEx made the first delivery attempt on the 3rd, i.e. one day prior to the estimated delivery date, but unfortunately, due to an incorrect/incomplete address, it went unsuccessful. Regrettably, we are unable to find any error on our end, however, as your satisfaction is our topmost priority, we offered a shipping refund for the order.
