never again.
two days off work and no delivery
utterly appalling
self employed and the days off cost more than the furniture.
Please do not risk buying from this company.
just to give you a feel for the issues
a) take a day off, wait all day, call at 5pm to say driver cannot work any more hours so we can rearrange tomorrow morning. I have to call them back to get someone to house sit.
b) phone back to accept the 8am slot - sorry no the van for tomorrow has broken down
c) I take the next day off, driver turns up 4:40pm with 2 items, missing 7 items!!!

clearly they dont want 2k plus orders!!!
