Service post-installation NOT GOOD

The service post-installation has not been great.
In less than a year of having the garage door, the door has broken twice. I cannot fault the service on purchase and the service when I reported an issue the first time.
However, the service on the second time has been appalling. The company has said it will take three weeks to come out to me, considering it has been raised as a high priority, I have no other means of getting into the garage, and there are items stored in there for works to the house, which tradesmen need access too, causing delay and extra expense.
I was advised by them to break into the garage door myself, which would cause damage and impact the warranty, of which they then said we would have to charge you.
It makes me think there is something a bit more sinister going on with the door and that a whole replacement will be required.
Clearly, the priority ratings do not mean a lot, as I would have thought high priority would mean to resolve in less than a week. I am fully aware there isn't a 24hr call out service, but three weeks without access is a bit much...
