I bought two pairs of trainers, one was fine and fitted perfectly. The other pair were that big I could get all my fingers in behind my heel. They said size 10 which the other pair were but in reality would say size 11 or even 12, afterwards I read the review on them and 75% of other people had sent them back for the same reason. When you have to pay £4.99 to send back a pair of trainers that are clearly wrongly sized and is not your fault is wrong. 🤬
