I had ordered specific tyres 10 days in advance to my local fitter (who I have previously used). I turned up to the fitting at the time agreed with AsdaTyres. The fitter advised me that no tyres were delivered! I contracted ASDA who said that the order was delivered across 2 days last week and that the fitter had sent them back. The fitter had no paperwork/delivery notes to this nature. When I told Asda this, they proceeded to blaming the fitter and didn’t look to investigate where the tyres actually went.

Within 5 minutes the customer service team at Asda took it upon themselves to cancel my order and called the fitter whilst I was in the waiting room to say I had cancelled the order. Very rude to me and very rude to the fitters too.

I will be staying well clear of this company in future.
