I'm from the middle east, and bought shadow to use it for casual gaming, however, the delay is more than 200ms, you can't aim or enjoy the game, I barely used it for a day or two, after a month, they charged me again without notice, I msged them instantly within the same hour of charge and refused to refund! this is absolutely a scam, stay away from it, there is other good alternative.
