Flight delayed 3 hours on 6 th June to…

Flight delayed 3 hours on 6 th June to Alicante . Captain apologised as should have got free refreshments but there was none available and announced that he would speak to Easy jet to get all passengers refunded which did not happen .Flight arrived so late that car hire in Alicante was after hours service so was charged 40 euros extra . Emailed Easy jet for compensation but was informed flight was only 2 hours and 39 minutes late which was a lie . Flight was due to take off at 1720 but delayed until 2020 then queued on runway for 30 minutes before taking off. Very poor service and also lie to avoid paying compensation
