placed and payed for an order just over 3 month ago ..... nothing received and no communication I've tried calling but apparently they are not available regardless of whether I receive my parcel or not I will not be using this joke of a company ever again

I have received a refund through PayPal and to be fair to motea there was no quibble from them. Buying multiple items with different delivery dates is not a good idea. I’ve stated above I will never use this company again I may change my tune and chance a single item purchase with a reasonable estimated delivery date as I have used them in the past with out any bother. I hope this update helps some one
