They run in total scam. A lot of days I try to login but always access denied and they write they are checking etc.... But during these days I received email from fake wirex trying to force me to click link for updating my account! This is not Wirex but scammers. How scammers can know my email? because Wirex sold all emails to some scammers trying to thief money from users. If anybody can login, try immediately to withdraw all your fund before will be too maych later! Don't click any link from fake Wirex email asking you to click and update!
I will report too to financial institutions that release the cards and their Country regulatory office for stopping this.
After reading their answer I don't change my rating.
