I’ve spent a lot of money playing here I mean a lot. I finally hit a jackpot for $5000. I request a redemption and not only have they been lying to me the whole time because I get an email saying my prize has been sent to my bank but when I ask about it via customer support they tell me it is still waiting for approval. It’s been over 10 business days and they just keep giving me the run around and different ways they can stall and not pay me my money that I won fair and square. If you play here and win don’t be surprised when your so happy you just won and all that happiness is shortly taken away from you because they are making up different “payment verifications” which make no sense sent them the same info over and over and all of sudden my payments are verified my identity is verified yet still no payment sent even though I have an email saying it was sent lol. I liked playing here until all this happened and cannot get a strait answer. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had getting redemptions from a place you paid a lot of money too just to be treated like they could care less about you
