Two 360 fans, same problem. Not honouring warranty.
Purchased two 360 fans. One direct from Meaco. Registered warranty on both. Both developed the same clicking noise when on oscillation. Now the warranty on the first one I bought is not being honoured. Money down the drain as these were meant to be near silent fans. Second unit being returned.
Update, customer service are not responding to my email regarding returning the fan was bought less than 2 weeks ago.
There wasn't a problem with ebay when I uploaded the proof of purchase but when I had a warranty issue that's when you said you wouldn't honour the warranty. Brand new from ebay!
