Lisa Nichols acted as our conveyancer when we sold our late father’s flat. What should have been a straight forward auction sale was fraught with obstacles and unforeseen problems but Lisa kept at it, chasing down information and individuals as required. It was very complex and Lisa kept us informed in a friendly and professional manner as we worked our way through the issues and finally to completion.
