Overall, quite disappointed. I would have preferred taking the three points on my license, as one silly mistake on running a red light will ensure I don't ever do it again. There we were connectivity issues at the agreed start time and it was a twenty minute wait in the Zoom waiting room before we were connected to the course. The connection dropped out a few of times and had to ask the host to repeat the questions. A lot of the course material was basic common sense and I felt like a new driver. However, the course director was clear and consise, if not a little flippant at times and delivered a lot of course material well, prompting responses from all on the panel.
