I always loved Karen Millen! I still do! Sad that I can’t go to a store and try anymore after work day. Anyway, I have been a big fan of their designs and started ordering it online and do the free returns too. They have been incredibly good and supportive with every query I have. Always got refund on time. Today I had a query regarding a refund and I got reply from Jacob customer support so fast that I was impressed!
