Two of the carrier oils arrived in zip…
Two of the carrier oils arrived in zip lock bags and had leaked. They had white tape wrapped around the lids but the inside of the bag and the label on the bottle had leaked. We are awaiting the response from our complaint. This hasn't happened before so I can only assume the packaging was not up to standard this time round.

Hi, apologies for the your recent experience. We are looking into what has happened here and will make changes to the bottles/closures if this appears to be the issue. Leaking oils is very unusual and we do take this seriously.
