Too many rice, noodle and lentil dishes

I usually love Hello Fresh however two weeks in a row now I have had missing items. The first week I had a whole meal missing, the second week I was missing beech wood sausages which is kind of crucial to make the hotdogs. Really disappointed as usually isn’t any issues.
As a result I have paused my orders for a few weeks in the hope that whatever the issue has been with packing is rectified when I return. If not then I guess I will be looking for an alternative company.
I also find there are alot of spicy meals (great if that is your thing, it isn’t mine) and far too many rice, noodle and lentil dishes. It would be great to see more dishes with vegetable sides rather than the fore mentioned.

While packaging errors are statistically rare for us, we try hard every day to find new improvements to implement, such as introducing a new box design to help streamline the packaging process.

Our weekly menus are decided upon by our Recipe Development team who use the data we receive when customers rate our recipes to shape the meals we send out. We would also encourage you to rate the recipes on our site so our team can work on improving the recipes in a way you’d like to see them change.
We have approximately 40-45 recipes on offer each week, to make sure everyone has options to choose from.
