I placed a fairly large and complicated export order - there were a few glitches, mainly due to CP Hart rejecting some of the items at the final quality control stage - which was frustrating, but far better than having substandard items delivered, and a 'lost pallet' at the delivery stage. The sales rep in the Fulham Road branch sorted all of this out calmly and efficiently - and we have three lovely bathrooms.
