Brought a faulty coffee machine
Brought a faulty coffee machine, £350+. Was told to either send it back and wait to see what happens (reading other reviews, seems like a bad idea) or buy a new one and hope they see the item as faulty. No exchange offered for their faulty goods. Rude, short, unhelpful staff. Closing my ACC and never using again, do yourself a favour and stay clear
