Have used HMV with my son/family and myself over many years and the service, £price and choice always top notch, first class. Never had any negative issues and if I did I feel confident HMV would resolve it, unlike experiences with a certain other very large online provider (Azn) I genuinely like in-store visits and online shopping with HMV. Very Good company
