The postman has tried to deliver my medication. But over the past few months I have not been home. So I have to have them redelivered. Perhaps if they were in smaller packages and not such a large cardboard box they could be put in my postbox. It would save a lot of inconvenience

Good Morning,
Thank you for your review.
I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with way in which your delivery was handled. We are working hard to improve the way that we send packages and our dispensing team has been instructed to send large letter parcels where the size of the medication will allow. Please be aware however that this is not always possible, the size of the largest letterbox parcel we use is 2.5cm in depth, this means that the medication we put in the parcel needs to be 2.4cm or less in depth to fit.
I can see that you have opted for a non-signature delivery of your parcels, however you don't have a delivery safe place specified on your account.
Ensuring your safe place is up to date will give Royal Mail an alternative delivery point if the parcel is too large to fit through the letterbox, or if you are unavailable to accept the delivery. This will help prevent the need to collect your medication from your local delivery office, or the need to organise a re-delivery.
You can update your safe place details via your online account, or if you prefer please feel free to email or call ourselves directly with the updated details.
Should you wish to discuss this in more detail or if you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
