To start off I wanted to say that I felt very desperate when after having my claim with my insurance it was not moving anywhere. I was thankfully offered to proceed with Winn Solicitors and my case handler Callum who was helpful from the moment I was passed over to them. Within 24 hours I got courtesy car, they have arranged engineer and storage for my car for review and got my medical sorted as well. The touch point website is very easy to use and fast way of seeing how your claim is progressing. Even getting in touch over phone is never a problem as you always speak with people who know what they’re doing and always answer on the questions you might have. My claim was passed on 28.03.2023 - it’s 04.04.2023 and I never thought so much could be done in such a short period of time. Thank you for making me less stressed and seeing that someone actually cares to do their job.
