the courier company Pecheur used, GLS, did not deliver the product as needed. They failed to communicate with me to rectify the problem, sent incorrect e-mails, didn't answer the phone. their final 'advice' was to drive to their depot 30kms outside Rome & pick it up myself.
over the lock down period & through my business, i've used many courier companies. this is by far the worst.
