Tom.R came from Community Fibre to install our broadband. He kindly called us to let us know what time he would be with us. He checked everything he did with us at each stage. Tidied up after himself and was very pleasant. The upload and download speeds already blow Virgin's hideously expensive and unreliable service out of the water. Very happy indeed.
