Code given did not work
Code given did not work. After numerous times I asked for it. Waste of money

We apologies for the experience you have had purchasing from us at online radio codes, we as a team try our very hardest to get all our radio codes sent to our customers as soon as they order.
There are many reason’s for a wrong code being sent out. Normally, it is a wrong digit. We are always more than happy to get the code checked just with a simple picture of where you found the serial number for the radio, this is located on the label on the back of the radio or possibly by the screen display. If we are still obtaining the same radio code, this could be the way the code is being entered and confirmed into the radio. We will then ask for a video of you entering the code, we realise how much of an inconvenience this is however we are more than happy to get to the bottom of why the code isn’t working on the radio and finally get it back working for you.
