I found Alison Harvey very kind,measured and transparent in my communication with her. All the information was relayed to me in a timely manner, respectfully and carefully. This isn't something that anyone wants to do but Alison guided me though the process in a way which made it much easier.
I hope other bereaved families will consider this form of funeral for their own loved ones. I personally felt freed up to express my grief privately without having to go through the public process of a formal funeral which isn't appropriate for everyone.
