From my initial phone call with Tina she answered my query, asked me to ring back as she needed to confirm Discount offered
Further call with Roisin She assured me everything would be ok, Asked me to call into shop to have a chat
which I did, When I arrived with my wife we were met with Guela / Roisin who are very professional. After having a good talk about the watch i wished to purchase, We agreed the price were watch was ordered from branch in England,
Watch arrived in branch , We arrived on friday to collect it Both Roisin / Guela were more than helpful setting watch up, Also introduced me to Aimee who spent time talking to my wife who is visually impaired while i was getting excited about my new watch.
Overall it was a fantastic experience, And would highly recommend Ernest Jones (Newry)
And at the end of this I arrived home with a Tudor Pelagos watch
