Wow I don't no who the clown's that…

Wow I don't no who the clown's that delivered my very damaged TV. I wasn't happy didn't speak hardly any English and they seemed to b in a rush. And as I had some information from the seller. The only the box should have is two slots for both men to carry the 65' TV. For a start they put that TV in a lift which isn't suitable for such a big TV. 2 only one of the delivery men had the box. And the box had a huge hole in it. Where someone taped it up. And I didn't think much of it until I put the TV on and it had been smashed/cracked on the top left hand corner. As well as the main screen was totally damaged it was definitely damaged B4 or on transit. Any way it was a total sit and it seriously needs to b investigate. These big.tvs r very fragile and can easily get damaged. Like mine was and it was a totally nightmare. And so now I'm having a replacement but it hasn't got what the old TV had? So it was that or a full refund. But from the word go nothing went right with the seller and the delivery? But someone needs to b addressed and given a serious as kicking. And if the box as any other damage to it I will refuse the TV.
