I ordered the latest Swytch kit in Q2 2022 and was really excited about turning my beloved touring bike into something I could go even further on.

I can't speak for the quality of the kit and ease of install because I'm still waiting for it. Communication has been really poor from Swytch - I had to chase them about 6 months after order for an update. I was promised delivery in mid-January 2023 - I'm still waiting heading into mid-Feb.

This kit could be worth it, I will write an update when it arrives. But if you're planning on riding your new e-bike conversion any time soon - I'd give it a swerve and consider an entry level eBike.
