Great ! Ryanair and my travel insurance refused to pay a compensation even tho I was entitled to 1200€ . Flight right won my case and after several month I finally got my compensation. Commission is quite big (30%) however I wouldn’t get anything without them as Ryanair closed my case and told me to see lawyer but my travel insurance company was only accepting delays over 9h ( wish I read a small print beforehand) . Can’t really complain they had to work hard to win my case .
