Package never got delivered... customer service totally unhelpful .. most frustrating retail experience.... after posting this I get a message saying sorry to hear my frustration and a member of the team is helping.. BUT THEY DON'T EVER HELP .. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTALLY USELESS.. NOTHING EVER HAPPENS
