Please accept our utmost apologies for the delay of your order, we are terribly sorry for this.
After your order on the 5th January, we shipped your parcel with Royal Mail on the 9th, within 3 working days. Unfortunately, prior to the parcel leaving the UK, Royal Mail experienced a cyber attack on their international processing systems, meaning that all parcels were halted at the international hub whilst this was resolved. We are very sorry that your parcel was delayed due to this. Unfortunately, during this period Royal Mail released very little information to us, so we were not able to advise when service would be up and running.
Thankfully, limited service reinstated at the end of January and your parcel left the UK on the 2nd February. Your parcel was delivered on the 9th February.
Once again, we are incredibly sorry for the delay and thank you for your patience and understanding in this circumstance.
