An eye opener
I recently used Hey Car in my search for a used car, but l was unaware, perhaps naivety on my part, that they're "middle men". I thought that I was buying a vehicle directly from them, but l wasn't. I was directed to a dealership over 450 miles away. When l was contacted by the salesman at the dealership, he like me was unaware of how far apart we were. When we discussed the vehicle being delivered to me free of charge he was completely unaware of this. Whether that was a fault at his end or HeyCar's he wasn't sure.
Unfortunately my circumstances changed and l wasn't able to complete the purchase.
