Review of Foxy Locks Hair Extensions

Lovely extensions, terrible shipping.

While the extensions are lovely, the shipping is what leaves Foxylocks down. It takes forever to come if you do not choose DHL.

I love in Ireland and it has taken over two weeks to arrive from what they said was Germany. However, I had to pay €65 euro custom fees which makes no sense if they were actually shipped from Germany.

The tracking provided for Deutchepost is absolutely shocking. If I were Foxylocks I would get rid of them to ensure customers have the best experience possible.

The customer service is extremely fast at responding. It is a shame though that all the customer service will do is point the finger in a different direction. They cannot help with much of anything unfortunately. Everything is out of their control. The lady I spoke to was very nice though.

Overall, from the experience I’ve had I love the hair however the logistics are terrible.

If you are thinking of ordering please choose DHL and avoid all the trouble I have had.

With the Deutsche Post standard shipping service selected, the process for your country is that Deutsche Post collects the parcel which is then sent to a sorting centre for distribution to your country. Delivery via this method can take approximately 5-10 working days as stated on our website, however please be aware that as with all delivery timescales this is an approximate and may vary for many different reasons such as unforeseen delays.
