I don’t usually prepay but the GoAssist telesales said the package he recommended £129 was consultation +repair.
The engineer duly arrived (with no tools!) said the Extraction Fan was not faulty but not installed probably so expected then he would re-install no way he wanted to upsell ( he wanted to sell me another Fan enough thought he had just stated mine was fine).
Complete con don’t touch them!!!!
