I'm with sky and decided to get fibre so BT arranged to come on the 13 of December supposed to be PM but they rolled up in the morning.They disconnected the old connection and put the fibre in it wasn't working but they said someone would be out later to connect it didn't show up since then numerous calls to sky no help what so ever two BT engineers and still no internet absolutely disgusting they obviously don't care about customer's no help still waiting no internet all over Christmas and no help from sky or BT.
