Terrible customer care ASOS NL
I bought pants and two pair of socks
Then got alert by dhl that my order was lost. For over a week tried getting someone to help me in ASOS with no help. Customer service asked more time for investigation and never contacted me back. Then had to contact them again just to hear what I already knew- my package is lost.
Asked for the items to be resent as I really needed it. 10 min later I get an email that I will be getting a refund. Seriously ASOS nl has the worse customer service.
