Ended up booking an appointment with Specsavers after a shambolic appointment booking mess with Boots. And I was glad I did. Great service throughout and I took a contact lens subscription after a trial, plus a pair of glasses. All the staff I saw were friendly and efficient. Won’t go anywhere else again for my eye care.
