No help with G4

I bought the time for 1 year and I cannot load it to my G4. I have yet to speak to someone that can help me. They sent an email which is no help. I guess I will start all over again tomorrow to make sense of it! I wish I knew where to reach these helpful people, so far I’ve gotten the run around.
