Complete farce

Complete farce. Ordered an item for next day collection, then soon as we paid an email came through saying the item is out of stock and will arrive 1 week later, followed a few days later by another delay and another at this point it’s been 2 weeks and no sign of the item arriving.

To cancel there’s a complicated form and 7 days to wait for your money back. So they have wasted nearly a month of our time waiting.

Fair to say we won’t be using them again.
