DO NOT ORDER
My order was shipped on November the 27th, days after I placed it. My parcel shows that it's in Belgium since December the 7th. Almost a month after I've placed my order and I've been trying to reach them. Customer support is very poor. I should have read the comments before I placed my order. I am still trying to reach them via tickets, Facebook, Instagram. I feel that they're avoiding their customers. I am disappointed, frustrated and I feel that I've been scammed by The Ordinary.
