Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here
Ordered a Christmas gift for my parents however still not received it, no way of contacting the company other than WhatsApp so tried that as I was going away for Christmas so having Christmas early with my family so ordered well in advance but when ‘Evelyn’ responding via WhatsApp she was very sarcastic I explained my problem and she rudely ignored it and told me she can’t help
No response and no Christmas gift no refund and no response still
Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
I can say I have used similar companies for example groupon who have never let me down go elsewhere do not waste your money scamming company and terrible customer service
