Appalling. I had two failed delivery problems and refused parcel after seeing on tracking that it is sitting somewhere for over 5 days waiting to be delivered. The product after 5 days is off and has no nutritional value. When it it did arrive, one was like water and it stunk so I threw it away. This company is awful and worse still, I cancelled and said I no longer want to deal with them only to find another parcel has been delivered on a repeat order I cancelled last month!! These people are scammers and are terrible at replying and have no integrity. No apologies when they cock up and no offer to reimburse for their failings.
